专利说明:
LUMINOUS DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE, AND LIGHTING AND / OR SIGNALING UNIT COMPRISING SUCH A LUMINOUS DEVICE. The invention relates to a light device and a lighting and / or signaling unit comprising such a light device. The present invention is particularly intended to equip motor vehicles. In this field, it is known to use light devices provided with a light source, in general a light emitting diode, and a light guide through which a light beam from said source is propagated. The light propagates within the guide by total internal reflection. The light is extracted outwards by reflection means arranged on the surface of the guide. In addition to a signaling function, these devices make it possible to improve the aesthetic appearance of a vehicle. Light devices are known comprising two light guides connected to a light source, at a junction zone of said light guides. These light guides diverge from each other so as to form two separate branches, both light emitting. In other words, the light device then takes the form of a Y whose two branches are illuminated. In order to improve the aesthetics of this type of light device, it is still known to use an intermediate body for modifying the illuminated appearance of the light device. The intermediate body, part of which is able to emit light, is designed to be attached between the two arms of the device so that the emitting part of the light device no longer take the form of a Y but that of a single C-shaped linear guide. This C-shape is generally preferred by users. One of the disadvantages of these devices is that they comprise portions, in particular two, non-light emitting at the contact surfaces between the intermediate body and the transmitting branches. In other words, the light emission along the C is discontinuous, which creates areas of shadows and alters the visual rendering of said device. There is therefore a need to improve the light rendering of these devices. One of the objectives of the invention is to solve the drawback mentioned above. For this, the invention proposes a light device, in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising a light guide, the light guide comprising a first element, said main branch, and a second element, said intermediate branch, the main branch comprising two ends free and extending longitudinally from one free end to the other, the intermediate branch extending between two zones of the main branch, said connecting zones, the connecting zones being at a distance from one another and distinct from the free ends of the main branch, the intermediate branch being joined in continuity of material to one and the other of the connecting zones. Thus, the use of a single light guide comprising a main branch whose two zones are connected by an intermediate branch makes it possible to offer a light-emitting part giving the impression of following a closed contour, for example in the manner of an O, and devoid of lack of illumination. According to various embodiments of the invention, which may be taken together or separately: the main branch is linear, the number of free ends of the light guide is equal to two, the intermediate branch and the main branch are molded , the main branch is designed to supply light to the intermediate branch, the intermediate branch comprises a transmitting surface and reflection patterns, the reflection patterns are arranged in relief on the emission surface of the intermediate branch, the guide light is designed to be powered by at least one light source. the at least one light source is arranged at at least one of the free ends of the main branch, the device further comprises a light-emitting connector, the light-emitting connector is intended to be arranged between two zones of light; the main branch, called connection areas, the light emitter connection is designed to extend from one of the connection areas to the other connection area, the connection areas are at a distance from one another and distinct from the free ends of the main branch, the light-emitting fitting is designed to be supplied with light by the intermediate branch, the light-emitting fitting is linear, the light-emitting fitting is designed to be fitted to the light guide, the intermediate branch and the light-emitting connection extend substantially parallel to one another, the connection areas are both located between the s two connecting zones along the main branch, the intermediate branch and the light emitting connector are separated from each other by a space, a part of the main branch extending from one of the zones of connection to the other connection zone, called the emission zone, and the light emitter connection together define a closed loop, the closed loop extends substantially in a plane P, two parts of the main branch extend between each free ends of the main branch and the intermediate branch, said end portions, secantly to the plane P. The invention further relates to a lighting unit and / or signaling comprising such a light device. The invention will be better understood, and other objects, details, features and advantages thereof will become more clearly apparent in the following detailed explanatory description of at least one embodiment of the invention given to As a purely illustrative and non-limiting example, with reference to the attached schematic drawings: Figure 1 is a front view, in perspective, of a light guide of the light device according to the invention. Figure 2 is a front view, in perspective, of a portion of the light guide according to the invention. Figure 3 is a front view, in perspective, of a portion of the light device according to the invention. FIG. 4 is a rear view, in perspective, of a light emitting connector of the light device according to the invention. Figure 5 is a top view of a portion of the light device according to the invention. Figure 6 is an enlargement of a portion of Figure 5. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the invention relates to a light device, in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising a light guide 1. The light guide 1 itself comprises a first element, called the main branch or main body 10, and a second element, said intermediate branch or connecting branch 20. The light device is configured so that the intermediate branch 20 is supplied with light, and thus in light beams, from the main branch 10. The light guide is here monobloc. Advantageously, the intermediate branch 10 is molded from the main branch 20. The material from which the light guide 1 is advantageously chosen so as to promote the propagation of light beams inside the light guide 1. In particular, since the light guide 1 is in one piece and comes from one and the same material, the propagation of the light beams inside the main branch 10 and the intermediate branch 20 can be done without encountering any obstacle. separation or physical discontinuity that could adversely affect the propagation of light beams. In other words, the light guide 1 is designed to form a uniform medium promoting the propagation of light beams. In other words, the light guide 1 is designed to allow the propagation of light beams by total reflection through the material of the light guide 1. Thus, the light guide 1 is designed to allow the propagation of light beams by successive reflections, also called internal reflections, light beams. The main branch 10 is here linear. Advantageously, the main branch 10 is elongated in shape and of substantially circular cross section. It comprises two free ends 101, 102 and extends longitudinally from a free end 101, 102 to the other free end 101, 102 in a main direction of longitudinal extension. Here, the main direction of longitudinal extension of the main branch 10 is curved over a major part of its length and / or rectilinear in places, in particular at the ends. The main branch 10 of the light guide 1 is configured to allow the propagation of light within it, that is to say in an interior volume of the main branch 10. Here, the light device is designed so that the propagation of at least a portion of the light beams inside the main branch 10 is in a general direction of propagation substantially parallel to the main direction of longitudinal extension of the main branch 10. The main branch 10 is configured to allow, in addition, the emission of light beams from the interior volume of the main branch 10 to a space outside thereof, since at least a portion of the main branch 10, so-called transmitting portion 105, configured for this purpose. Here, the transmitting portion 105 extends in an open loop. The main branch 10 here has a lateral surface 100 which extends from one free end 101, 102 of the main branch 10 to the other. The lateral surface 100 constitutes a boundary between the interior volume of the main branch 10 and the outside. In particular, the main branch 10 is designed so that the light beams can be reflected against the lateral surface 100 to propagate in the main branch 10, except at the emission zone 105 where at least a portion of the light beams can exit from inside the main branch 10 outward. As illustrated in particular in Figure 2, the intermediate branch 20 extends longitudinally between two areas 201, 202 of the main branch 10, said connecting areas. In other words, the intermediate branch 20 comprises two ends respectively confused with one and the other of the connection areas 201, 202 of the main branch 10. The connecting areas 201, 202 are located at a distance from one of the other. They are moreover both distinct from the free ends 101, 102 of the main branch 10. The intermediate branch 20 is arranged near the free ends 101, 102 of the main branch 10. The connection areas 201, 202, and therefore the ends of the intermediate branch 20, are located at the lateral surface 100 of the main branch 10. The connecting areas 201, 202 here each correspond to a junction between the intermediate branch. 20 and the main branch 10. In other words, the intermediate branch 20 and the main branch 10 are here joined in continuity of material at the connecting zones 201, 202. In other words, the intermediate branch 20 is here a bridge of matter between two distinct parts of the main branch 10. In this way, the propagation of the light beams is favored between the main branch 10 and the intermediate branch 20. In addition, the intermediate branch 20 is also designed to emit light beams between an interior volume of the intermediate branch 20 and a space outside thereof. For this purpose, the intermediate branch 20 is provided with a transmission surface 200 designed to allow the emission of a portion of the light beams from the inside of the intermediate branch 20 to the outside. The emission surface 200 of the intermediate branch 20 extends between the connecting zones 201, 202. According to a first embodiment, not shown, these beams are directly visible from the outside. As illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the light device furthermore comprises a light-emitting connector 30. The light-emitting connector 30 is for example composed of the same material. The light emitting connector 30 is intended to be assembled or fitted to the light guide 1, here removably. The light emitting connector 30 is designed to be supplied with light, that is to say in light beams, by the intermediate branch 20 as well as by the main branch 10. Alternatively, the light emitting connector 30 may be made of material with the light guide 1. The light emitting connector 30 may for example function as another light guide. The light emitting connector 30 comprises two ends 31, 32 and extends longitudinally from one to the other. It is intended to be arranged between two areas of the main branch 10, said connection areas 301, 302. The connection areas 301, 302 are located at a distance from one another. The connection areas 301, 302 of the main branch 10 are both located at the lateral surface 100 of the main branch 10. In particular, the connection zones 301, 302 are situated between the connecting zones 201, 202 along the principal direction of longitudinal extension of the main branch 10. The connection zones 301, 302 are therefore distinct from the free ends 101, 102 of the main branch 10 of the light guide 1. In particular, the light emitting connector 30 is designed so that its ends 31, 32 are arranged at the connection areas 301, 302 when the light emitting connector 30 is assembled to the light guide 1. In other words, each of the ends 31, 32 of the light emitting connector 30 is designed to engage the main branch 10 at one of the connection areas 301, 302. The light emitting connector 30 is designed to be assembled near the intermediate branch 2 and substantially parallel thereto, following a same radius of curvature. Here, the intermediate branch 20 and the light-emitting connector 30 are separated from each other by a space or a slot 6. The light emitting fitting 30 here has a transmitting surface 300 and a receiving surface 303. The emitting surface 300 and the receiving surface 303 extend longitudinally. They both extend from one end to the other of the guide 30. As illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6, the receiving surface 303 of the light emitting connector 30 is designed to be arranged opposite the intermediate limb 20. In other words, the receiving surface 303 is designed so that facing the intermediate branch 20 when the light emitting connector 30 is assembled to the light guide 1. The receiving surface 303 advantageously comprises passage means 307 of the light. The passage means 307 are here arranged continuously and regularly from one end 31, 32 to the other 31, 32 of the light emitting connector 30. The passage means 307 are designed so as to allow the light beams to pass through. between the intermediate branch 20 and the light emitting connector 30. These are, for example toric prisms and / or reflection patterns. The emitting surface 300 of the light emitting connector 30 is designed to allow at least a portion of the light beams to pass from the interior of the light emitter fitting 30 to the outside thereof. In this way, the light-emitting connector is designed to emit light along its entire length, from one connection zone 301, 302 to the other 301, 302. The intermediate branch 20 is designed so as to allow a portion of the light beams to be guided from the main branch 10 to said light emitting connector 30. In particular, the intermediate branch 20 allows a portion of the light beams to be guided. to and up to the passage means 307 of the light-emitting connector 30. For this purpose, the intermediate branch 20 here comprises the emission surface 200, arranged in facing relation with the light-emitting connector 30. , said emission surface 200 of the intermediate branch 20 is arranged vis-à-vis the passage means 307 of the receiving surface 303 of the light emitting connector 30. The emission surface 200 is here substantially planar and configured to promote the passage of light beams between the intermediate branch 20 and the light emitting connector 30. Advantageously, for the good propagation of the light beams from one to the other, the intermediate branch 20 and said light emitting connector 30 are separated from each other by the space 6, located between the surface of emission 200 of the intermediate branch 20 and the receiving surface 303 of the light emitting connector 30, when the latter is assembled to the light guide 1. The transmitting portion 105 of the main branch 10 corresponds to the part of the main branch 10 extending from one to the other of the connection zones 301, 302. As mentioned above, the transmitting portion 105 is designed to transmit light beams from the inside of the main branch 10 towards the outside thereof. The transmitting portion 105 of the main branch 10 as well as the intermediate branch 20 here comprise means of reflection. Said reflection means are, for example, prisms and / or reflection patterns. The reflection means are designed and arranged so that a portion of the light beams can be reflected on the reflection means. The reflection of these light beams on the reflection means allows their exit from the light guide 1. The reflection means of the main branch 10 are arranged continuously and regularly along the emitting portion 105, at the lateral surface 100 of the main branch 10. The reflection means 207 of the intermediate branch 20 are arranged at its emission surface 200. They are advantageously designed in relief relative thereto, which facilitates in particular the design of a mold for manufacturing of the light guide 1. Similarly, the light emitting connector 30 may advantageously comprise reflection means, at its emission surface 300 and / or at its receiving surface 303. The light device is thus designed to emit light beams along the emitting portion 105 of the main branch 10 as well as along said light emitting connector 30, at its emission surface 300. The composite assembly of the emitting portion 105 and the light emitting connector 30 is referred to as the illuminated portion of the light device. Advantageously, the illuminated portion here extends substantially parallel to a plane P. It draws here a closed loop or torus notwithstanding the assembly of the light emitting connector 30 on the light guide 1. In particular, the illuminated portion of the light device for example, has a substantially circular shape. Thanks to the invention, the light device is able to emit light beams without discontinuity along the illuminated portion. For this purpose, in particular, the light emitting connector 30 is designed so that the ends 31, 32 of the light emitting connector 30 and the main branch 10 can mechanically cooperate with each other by way of complementarity of shape so as to allow them to be interlocked at the connection areas 301, 302. In this way, the light emitting connector 30 is designed to be assembled to the light guide 1 so that the emitting surface 300 of the light emitting connector 30 forms an extension of the lateral surface 100 of the main branch 10 at the connection zones 301, 302. The luminous device may comprise at least one light source, not shown, designed to emit the light beams towards the interior space of the light guide 1. In particular, the light source is especially designed to emit beams into the interior of the light guide. the main branch 10 of the light guide 1. The light source may itself comprise one or more light-emitting diodes. The light source is for example arranged at the free ends 101, 102 of the main branch 10. Each of the free ends 101, 102 of the main branch 10 here comprises an input surface, the input surface being designed substantially perpendicular to the direction of longitudinal extension of the main branch 10 at said free end 101,102. Each of the entrance surfaces is designed to allow the entry of said light beams into the interior of the light guide 1. The main branch 10 here comprises two end portions 111, 112. The first end portion 111 of the main branch 10 extends longitudinally between one of the free ends 101, 102 of the main branch 10 and the intermediate branch. 20. The second end portion 112 of the main branch 10 extends longitudinally between the other of the free ends 101, 102 of the main branch 10 and the intermediate branch 20. The end portions 111, 112 extend here at a distance from one another. In other words, the end portions 111, 112 of the light guide 1 are here separated from each other by a space. The end portions 111 and 112 do not necessarily extend longitudinally in a direction parallel to the plane P. Here, the main branch 10 has a portion or zone bent between each of the end portions 111, 112 and the emitting portion 105 This configuration makes it possible, for example, to reduce the space generated by the light device. In other words, here, the main branch 10 is composed along its principal direction of longitudinal extension, successively and in this order, of one of the end portions 111, 112, of one of the bent zones, of the transmitting portion 105, on the other of the bent zones and the other of the end portions 111, 112. In particular here, the light emitting connection 30 and the intermediate branch 20 both extend between the two bent areas of the main branch 10. In other words, the connection areas 301, 302 and the connecting areas 201, 202 are all located at one or other of the bent areas of the main branch 10. Here, the end portions 111, 112 extend substantially parallel to each other and form an angle α, which is not zero, with the plane P. The angle α is for example a right angle so that the end portions extend longitudinally in a direction substantially orthogonal to the plane P. The free ends 101, 102, the intermediate branch 20 and the light emitting connector 30 are advantageously traversed by the same plane P '. In other words, the free ends 101, 102, the intermediate branch 20 and the light-emitting connector 30 are arranged to be substantially aligned with each other in parallel to the general direction of propagation of the light beams at the end portions 111, 112. The invention also relates to a lighting and / or signaling unit, such as a headlamp, a taillight or a daytime traffic light unit (DRL) comprising a light device 1 as described above, for example associated in a headlamp to other lighting devices such as a dipped beam module, a high beam module, a direction indicator module or the like
